Data Controller
Unless otherwise specified, the MillerKnoll entity responsible for the Processing of your Personal Information as the Controller is the entity that has the primary relationship with you. This may be the MillerKnoll entity whose Site you are viewing or using, that provides services to and accepts payment from you, that markets or provides promotional materials to you, or the primary MillerKnoll entity in the region where you interact with us.
In some cases, more than one MillerKnoll entity may make decisions on how your Personal Information is Processed, such as when two MillerKnoll entities co-sign a contract with you, or multiple MillerKnoll entities organize an event. In these situations, all such MillerKnoll entities are jointly responsible for the lawfulness of the specific Processing activities as joint Controllers. In other cases, different MillerKnoll entities may independently determine how your Personal Information is processed as independent Controllers, such as when one MillerKnoll entity uses Personal Information received from another MillerKnoll entity to market to you.
